1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fbk48 platform, including the website available at fbk48.io, the sports betting service, the live casino, the slots lobby, crash games, promotional features, and all related services operated by fbk48 ("the Platform", "fbk48", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the fbk48 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal agreement between you and fbk48.

2 Eligibility Requirements

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are not opening or using an account at the direction, request, or for the benefit of any other person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fbk48 or any related platform, and you are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of fbk48, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person, unless explicit written authorisation has been obtained from fbk48 management.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

fbk48 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fbk48 may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of fbk48 services, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number for SMS verification purposes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fbk48 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to enable SMS-based two-factor authentication where prompted. You must notify fbk48 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: fbk48 operates a mandatory KYC process. You will be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed and at other points as determined by our compliance team. Accepted documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fbk48 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are processed exclusively in BDT. The following table summarises the key parameters for each transaction type:

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. fbk48 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit may require additional verification steps to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits made using bonus funds or that form part of a promotional balance may be subject to additional conditions before withdrawal is permitted. Players are advised to review the specific bonus terms applicable to any promotion before depositing under that offer.

fbk48 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account will be reviewed for compliance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fbk48 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on fbk48 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Only bets placed using eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage varies by game type and will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• fbk48 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Active bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured subject to the terms under which they were issued.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and crash games available on fbk48 are governed by the specific game rules provided within each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager.

Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international cricket events, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, fbk48's decision, made in good faith with reference to the official result, is final.

Void Bets: fbk48 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults affecting bet placement, market suspension due to integrity concerns, or events that are cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fail to meet the minimum completion criteria for settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbk48 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws in Bangladesh or internationally.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in opening or operating a duplicate account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise compromise the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls implemented by fbk48.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sports event available on the fbk48 sportsbook.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration, verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward fbk48 staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

fbk48 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gambling environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and fbk48 strongly encourages all players to approach it as such — with defined budgets, time limits, and a clear understanding of the risk involved.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your fbk48 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once your limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbk48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failure.

fbk48 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, viruses, or other harmful components. While fbk48 invests significantly in platform stability and security, temporary service interruptions may occur as a result of maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, fbk48's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your fbk48 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your fbk48 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account (subject to pending wagering requirements being satisfied) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Termination by fbk48: fbk48 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgement, you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In the event of termination for cause (i.e., for breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct), fbk48 reserves the right to withhold all or part of your account balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is established or suspected, fbk48 may freeze and report the account and associated funds to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.

Following account closure, fbk48 will retain your personal data and transaction records for a minimum period of five years in compliance with anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements, after which data will be securely deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

fbk48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fbk48 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fbk48 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the fb k48 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the fbk48 complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
